A Day at Dollywood!!

On Thursday we traveled into the Smokey Mountains of Tennessee and landed near Pigeon Forge. There are so many things to see and do here, so we started with Dollywood, of course! Yes, I grew up listening to Dolly Parton and my children have, as well and we all actually love her :-). And Dollywood is just another one of her MANY accomplishments to be proud of (song writer, singer, actress and business woman). Here she encourages family friendly fun, she dedicated a month (November) to Gospel music and she has a bald eagle rescue and breeding program which has bread and released over 100 bald eagles into the wilds of Tennessee. We enjoyed our day soooooo much and here are a few pictures of our day...
